No. There is no discount using the online editions unless you are active military.
The pricing for the online program and the downloaded program varies from vendor to vendor and has a completely different pricing structure. Turbotax does NOT do any price matching so don't expect to get the same discounts as third party vendors. So pay attention to where you buy and what you are buying.
