Mailed returns take longer.   It can take 3-4 weeks for a mailed federal return to be opened by a human and get entered into the system.  You can watch for information on the IRS refund site.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
