Will I be subject to paying interest and penalties if I decide to pay my taxes in full if I had requested a payment plan?

I went ahead and filed and owe for 2022, so I requested installments. If I am able to pay full amount by April, will I be subject to penalties?

shouldn't be if paid in full by 4/18 but there could be fees for setting up the installment paln
