If you do not have a computer, then it is not relevant concerning Windows 11, you will be using the TurboTax online editions.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for the requirements to use the online editions - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/product-system-requirements/turbotax-onl...
I have no computer nor cellphone, nor device besides a landline. I cannot afford another pc. Do I just not worry about taxes?

If you have earned income from work and/or from self-employment or unearned income, you you are required to file a tax return if your taxable income is over the minimum requirement for filing.
Go to this IRS website for using the application - Do I need to fil a return - https://www.irs.gov/help/ita/do-i-need-to-file-a-tax-return
@wayno923 Then how are you posting to this forum? You can use a friend's or family's computer or device to use the Online version. Or maybe someone you know uses the Turbo Tax desktop program and can help you file. Or there are free places like maybe AARP or low income places that will prepare returns. Or you can get the blank forms from the IRS and state and fill them out yourself by hand.
Can't get another PC? Do you have a pc you are on now? It will probably work for the Online version.

Did you use the Desktop program before? Next year you can transfer from the Desktop program into the Online version.
