Why wont Turbo Tax let me unsubscribe from emails? What a trash company

I just want to unsubscribe from emails. There is NO option to do so, Ive checked every tab and section of the user options.

What kind of company makes it this difficult. I am filing a complaint with the government spam board.

You can unsubscribe from the Intuit/TurboTax emails.

Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Click on Intuit Account at the bottom left corner of the screen when you land on the Tax Home webpage.

Click on Data Privacy

Scroll down the page.  On the Direct Mail section click on Click here to opt out of direct mail marketing

This was only found after I sent an email to [email address removed] about not being able to unsubscribe via the links sent at the bottom of their marketing campaigns. Their auto-reply included this link above. Very annoying how many hoops there were to jump through to unsubscribe when their "unsubscribe" buttons haven't been working since 2019 (according to google searches).

Data Privacy does not have a "Direct Mail" section for me as of 2023/11/16.

I'm also still getting emails even after unsubscribing through https://privacy.intuit.com/cpi/do/signin.

Intuit really is a garbage company.
