Why wont it let me delete forms i do not need any longer

You need to go through the interview and change the information that is creating the form.  If you just delete the form, it will come back.  The only way is to find the questions in the interview and change the answers so that the form iis not necessary.  Then you can delete the form and it will not come back.

Sometimes you cannot simply delete the form ... you have to remove the source of the issue ... so what will not go away ?
