No. My question was not answered. I want to know why when I try to put in the correct info on a 1099 form which is blank on my form you won’t accept it. It won’t let me advance my form to be filed.

Turbo tax is asking me to correct a line on my 1099 R form from line 14a. My form is blank. I tried to correct that on my filing and it won’t accept it. Turbo tax keeps kicking me back to correct this. It won’t let me put zero on that line.
@opieg53 If there are no state income taxes withheld in box 14 of the Form 1099-R then leave boxes 14, 15 and 16 blank (empty) on the Form 1099-R. If the program continues to give errors then delete the 1099-R and re-enter manually to clear the error.
