IRS requires that you enter the matching AGI number(s).
Try AGI = 0
if that doesn't work and you can't discover other AGI values, you'll have to file a paper return.
Replacing my wife's actual AGI from last year's return worked. Thanks to @fanfare for the tip.
There is a problem on either the IRS or TurboTax's side if TurboTax says I need to enter my wife's AGI from last year to e-file and then the user gets a message that the wrong number was entered when I used the exact number the IRS confirmed they have on file. Even if it is purely the IRS's fault TurboTax should correct this so that users are able to e-file without having to hope someone in a forum has a hack for solving the issue by doing something opposite of what the program instructed them to do.
