Why was I charged for live? I did not use live support.

I was charged $119.99 for a product I did not use and do not wish to use.

TurboTax told me that I owed money to IRS so I paid it. IRS mailed me my money back but check got lost. Now they can’t find my refund status or check. What do I do now?
