Why was a charged for two turbotax home and business window downloads

I was charged for 2 turbotax home and business window downloads when my auto subscription was renewed.  

I want and refund for one of them or to not be charged at all next year!

Why was a charged for two turbotax home and business window downloads

Call in for a refund. When you fill out the from use the word BILLING ISSUES instead of the word “refund.” Contact Customer Service 5am-9pm Pacific time 7 days a week, https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/  

You probably have 2 Advantage accounts.  THEN you should cancel one account for next November by  signing into your TurboTax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to remove product. Once you remove the recurring product order, the TurboTax Advantage subscription will be cancelled, as well.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
