Why lie?

When is it a crime to not be honest..I'm having a hard time finding an expert on tt that will just talk straight..All of them want to tell me fiction..And when I catch them in their own lies..All of a sudden we ha e connection problems.. What harm co.es from the truth? I ask who has possession of my tax forms? They reply the irs..I call the irs they tell me turbo tax.. When did a direct question simple and easy..Deserve to be treated like the plague.. And to go as far as to make up a very important number..My submission id number. I have no idea what to do. Is it standard practice for turbotax experts to lie to customers?
