Why isnt it giving me the option to import my w2 or see if employer participates??

Unless your employer offers an online payroll service that allows you to look up your Form W-2 electronically, you will need to wait until you receive the paper form in the mail, or you may also see the following TurboTax FAQ for instructions on how to import your W-2 if the requirements are met:

You can't snap a photo of your W-2 in TurboTax Online, nor can you upload a photo you took with your device's camera.

However, you can take a picture via the mobile app, which will then upload to TurboTax Online. Please see the following TurboTax FAQ for instructions on how to do so:
