Why isn't TT importing my information from previous years?

I didn't use Turbo Tax last year because I had too many capital gains questions and turned it over to an accountant.  I used Turbo Tax for ten years so why is it asking me to type in all the personal data?

Only the prior year tax data can be transferred to the 2022 account.  Since you did not have a 2021 TurboTax tax data file you will have to enter your personal data again.
