Why isn't confirm payment working?

I've entered a credit card but nothing happens after clicking Confirm Payment

You could try logging out of the program and logging back in. You can also clear your cache and cookies.

You may also try using another browser.

Also, make sure that all updates have been run for your TurboTax program.

Had the same problem. I switched to using a different computer and it worked
