The Help instructions for finishing a prior year's return that was started in TurboTax Online state: Purchase Desktop software; download .tax file from TT Online; then open .tax file in software. So I paid for the software, but now when I try to download the .tax file, TT Online says I have to pay to access it. Any solution to this?
