I've been using Turbotax Online for over 10 years. For tax year 2023, Turbotax Online does not automatically transfer my Personal Info and other tax data such as bank accounts, tax carryovers, depreciation, etc. from my 2022 return.
I have confirmed that I'm using the same Account ID that I have used in the past. I can even see my old tax returns from 2013 to 2022 under Your Tax Returns and Documents. But my Personal Info is blank. The other sections, such as Income and Expenses, which would typically show prior year numbers are also blank.
In the past, upon returning to Turbotax Online, it would say something along the lines of: "Welcome back. Turbotax will transfer data from last year's return so you don't have to..." It doesn't seem to do that this year.
Is this a temporary glitch in Turbotax Online? Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can this be resolved?
