Why is TurboTax not importing investment data?

TurboTax appears to connect with institution website but when I go to review data TT wants to download info again.

TurboTax has finally imported one consolidated form.  I have not yet checked the other.

I am using Charles Schwab - it connects and says success - but data is not importing and the program asks me to login again

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

I could not make this work and ended up manually importing all my data. I had several stock sales and even just importing the summary (for each type) was a real pain.

Also every year I get the 1099-OID error when reporting bond interest. I wish TT (SQA)  could work with Schwab and get these problems fixed...
