Why is Turbo Tax Online kicking me offline every 20 minutes without saving any of the information I've entered?

Why is Turbo Tax Online kicking me offline every 20 minutes without saving any of the information I've entered?

TurboTax auto-saves as you go through the product. Check your Internet connection to ensure it is stable.
