Why is Turbo Card down?

First, turbo card was unable to let me know if the stimulus check was going to be automatically added to my checking account. It was not, while trying to obtain the account information from the turbo card app it will not allow me on the app or the website? Do you know when the app, website and phone number will be working? I have also tried the green dot website and no help? Green dot is also down.
