If you are using the Online version, TurboTax will automatically save your progress as you work on your return. If you are going out of your account or it has been sitting open for a while, when you come back in, the system will redirect you to sign back and then it will say "Pick up Where you Left Off" then you should see all the information you entered.
Hi! I too am experiencing the same issue. I have even logged out after every change, to force the save, and it continues to revert.

my tax progress has gone
This can happen when too much activity is on the Where's My Refund website @hicksramirez. Keep checking back later on today.
I was escalated in help desk with no resolution to my lost data that was not saved online. This is such a waste of my time. Next year H&R Block is my go-to tax service.
Turbo Tax 2022, has lost all of my imputed data three times. On the second and third attempts I force a save after each section. The data seems to save for a short period of time (several hours) but returning after a day or two all entered data is missing. I am prompted to start a new return and have to start all over again. Saving my return seems to have no long term affect. Deleting history and cookies has not solved the problem. Never had this problem before. What's going on Turbo Tax?

Thanks for your repsonse. I was able to finish my taxes by completing all sections and filing in one session. I avoided taking any long breaks. In ddition to auto saves, I performed manual saves often. At this point, I'm really not sure if my experience losing all data is a computer or a program issue.
