I have an fpo type mailing address and my state code is AA and when I put my zipcode in nnnnn or nnnnn-nnnn format it's not being accepted, so I can't file my taxes. I tried putting my W-2 manually, made sure my state was matching to zip code. Im lost. I even cleared my cashe and cookies. Any ideas?

When you were entering your mailing address in the My Info section of the program, did you change the Type of mailing address by choosing from the dropdown to Military (APO, FPO, or DPO)?
Yes I did
If there's any punctuation in the address, try removing it.
Hopefully, if there was punctuation you removed, that solved it. But here's another thought I had:
Do you qualify for the free Military discount (E1-E9 active duty and reservists) and thus have no fees?
Or do you have any fees? I know in the past, that military who DID have fees and tried to use the "Pay out of refund" feature encountered a problem. And at that time I think the consent form for that option would not accept the APO/FPO/DPO and would say there's an address error or either state or zip code. Is your error by any chance related to "pay out of refund?"
no punctuation.
where can I check that?

Where can you check what?--To see if you're getting the military discount for free product? You can check your fees by going to the left column menu to TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS. Then in the Tools center choose MY FEES. But the discount may not show up there yet. The military discount product page says "will be applied when you are ready to file."

Also you can try this to see if it gives any clue as to what may be wrong with the address:
Go to the USPS zip code site:
https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm
Choose "Find by address."
In the next form enter the address, and for state, scroll way down near the end of the dropdown menu where you can choose "AA".
See what it says about the address.
