In this public forum we don't have access to your account or return. However, there are two possibilities that come to mind: you entered a w-2 twice, or your question is related to a state return.
In the first situation, one W-2 may come in several pages, especially if there are several states or localities to report on the W-2. While all of these state and localities need their own lines, the Federal income and tax need only be entered once. Otherwise, if you enter as if they are separate W-2's, the income will be doubled-up.
The second situation is common for New Jersey and Pennsylvania returns. Because of these states programming requirements, TurboTax cannot automatically deduct from income what has been reported to these two states plus what is reported to another state (such as NY, for example). Each of these two state programs has a manual override to exclude the income from being doubled-up on the state return.
If either of these situations is yours, please comment if you need assistance to fix (without entering personal information). And if this did not answer your question, please feel free to clarify.
