Why is my form 3895 repeatedly telling me to fix errors--what errors?

I'm entering my 3895 form and keep getting a message stating "You must fix errors on this page before continuing" but I don't see any errors.

There are various reasons you are getting and error to fix form 3895.  Though we don't have access to your personal return in this public forum. we recommend try deleting that form and re-enter the information. Here is how you can delete a form from your Turbo Tax online return.
