Why is my 2017 AGI of $0 being rejected if I didn't file taxes in 2017

If the 2017 adjusted gross income (AGI) you entered to verify your identity doesn't match the IRS database, you'll get a rejection error. 

Go through the steps below for help with the AGI rejection.
