If you are referring to the TurboTax system telling you that your SS# is invalid, then go back to the Personal Info section and delete what is in there and then re-enter your SS# and proceed forward then save and see if you are still getting that error message.
and be sure your name spelling and Date of Birth are correct in that same section.
