You could possible have multiple Turbo Tax Accounts. For starters, please go ahead and check your e-filing status by using the following link https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup. Then to determine whether you do in fact have multiple accounts, you may use the following FAQ as a reference https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302270.
