The IRS gets that from the Social Security Admin, so check with the SSA. Also be sure your name is spelled correctly, and that the DOB is right.

You will need to contact the IRS to determine which Social Security number and what is the issue. If you provide the Notice number on the letter from the IRS we will be able to assist you more.
