Why is form 8839 not available?

Has turbo tax sent you a message that your federal tax return has been accepted?

Yes almost immediately after filing.  Still does not make it right that they didn't have the form ready at the beginning of tax season.

So, I wait 10 days for the form to be available. Makes no sense that a standard form wouldn’t be available. I go to file only to find that my price went up because I missed a promotional period. I call customer service and explain the situation. They tell me tough luck the promotion period is over. I don’t want to reload the info into another software but am extremely disappointed with how it was handled.

I received the message about the Federal  yesterday and the state this morning.
