Why is Form 8615 not available?

The IRS has to finalize and approve the form for e-filing before the form is available on TurboTax. Form 8615 is expected to be available on 02/27/2020.

It's March 1st and form still isn't available

The IRS has to finalize and approve the form before the form is available on TurboTax. Form 8615 Tax for Certain Children who have Investment Income is expected to be available on 03/05/2020.

Every time I log in it keeps pushing the date farther and farther out for form 8615 to be ready for filing.

Now it says 3/6/20. Why is it not available yet. Is this an IRS thing or what?
