Why is deluxe being added to my bill for no reason?

Trying to file my tax return and the website is trying to sneak in a deluxe upgrade at checkout. How do I remove this incorrect upgrade from the order summary?

To see your fees, click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Then click on Tools. You will see My Fees in the center of the screen.
