Why i can not transmit my returns ?

We cannot see your return on this forum. Can you elaborate? Are you receiving an error code or is it stating a specific form that may not be available for efiling?

I'm receiving a message stating my return cannot be transmitted. I have both federal and state that I am trying to submit.

More info is needed.  What does the message say the roadblock is?

 

I'll take this wild guess:

Are you a foreign filer, and if so, is this error code included in the message by any chance?

601ERRV:5, CustHdr_17 - ?:? - Invalid SMS Number. Must be between 10 and 10 digits.

 

If so, we can tell you what to do.   If not, then please provide more info about the error message you are getting.
