Why havent i gotten my unemployment taxes back?

I live in pa and havent gotten my unemployment taxes back, why is that?

Pennsylvania is one of the few states that does not tax unemployment income, therefore the income you reported on your 2020 return should not have included state tax on those benefits.

Per PA's Office of Unemployment Compensation, these benefits are not taxable by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and local governments.
