Why have I still not received my 2013 return but had to pay taxes owed for it because I was issued a tax warrant?

My 2013 return was accepted, I had to pay taxes owed, but I never received my money from the return on the prepaid card I received, so where is my money?

If you had taxes owed for 2013 then you would not be receiving any tax refund for 2013.

I owed taxes for last years return I filed and the year before as well, yet I still received them, my returns were more than the taxes I owed to the state

2013 is beyond the statute of limitations.   any refund due would be forfeited to the US Treasury.  you could contact the IRS to find out what happened.  I must point out every year stands on its own. If you owed taxes and paid them, why do you think you would be entitled to a refund?

Yes I know this because I did pay more than what I had owed because of the interest that it drew until I paid it, yet my refund was at least 5xs more than what I owed in, or a little more, it was accepted it was approved and it was supposed to be deposited onto my turbo card, though it never was, so where did it go, it was not on my card, nor did it go to my bank account, and I never received a paper check by mail. Plus I never received anything saying it, rejected or that there was any issues with it at all
