Why has my state tax return been rejected for a second time?

Which state and what is the exact rejection message or code ?

Hi,

Illinois and it just says rejected. It gives the date it was received and gives the filing status changed to rejected.

Doesn't give an explanation. My federal was accepted but the state was rejected.
