Why don't turbo tax allow me to file the free returns? Website is stuck on "registration info" and will not allow me to continue to filing federal and state returns.

I am a collect student with a simple federal return.  Due to an employer error, I have to file 2 state tax returns. Turbo tax says I am eligible for free filings for federal and both states, but the turbo tax website will not allow me to move past "registration info" and actually file the returns.

You may want to log out of your TurboTax account, clear cache and delete cookies. Once this is done, try logging back in to see if you still have the same issue. If that does not resolve your issue, you may want to reach out to TurboTax customer support for additional assistance.
