Why don’t sections show complete when I complete them? For instance, Refunds received for State/Local Tax Returns says start no matter how many times I complete it.

Why don’t sections show complete when I complete them? For instance, Refunds received for State/Local Tax Returns says start no matter how many times I complete it.

You may need to clear your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.

Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser if the issue persists. If none of these resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
