Why doesn't the Dependent Information Worksheet accept my entry? And why does this prevent me from submitting my return?

The worksheet is asking me who will claim my adult son (nobody, or just himself), so I don't know whether "no entry" or "someone else in different return" is the more accurate answer -- but it doesn't matter, because no matter which I select, the program is not recording my answer. So it keep asking me for this info over and over again!!
