Why does turbotax start me at the beginning of my return when I sign in as if I never filed?

Mt tax return got rejected saying my spouse adjusted gross income did not match the irs.  when i sign on to turbotax it starts off as if I never filed.  how can i fix the adjusted income?

I would check and see if you might have multiple accounts with TurboTax. Your information may be safely stored in a secondary account. You can do so by logging out, and going to the recovery website below for a list of user ID's for any email addresses you may have used.
