why does turbotax not display last year's income data in the windows provided, assuming that one imported last year's data this year?

why does turbotax not display last year's income data in the windows provided, assuming that one imported last year's data this year? I imported my info from last year's turbotax data, I had one item displayed under the 2023 information, the state income tax refund. That's it. In years past it would display the information from previous year. Does anyone else have this problem? Not a huge problem, but for what I have paid these people over the years it seems like something that should have a solution. Help is useless.

If your Income Topics page is not displaying 2023 amounts for items you know you had last year, it could just be a display issue.

If you're using TurboTax Online, try closing the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and look at the income topics again.

If you're still not seeing 2023 amounts, remember that this summary page display doesn't affect your tax return.

If you think you may have more than one account, your income may have been entered using another account.  Use the Account Recovery tool to find out.

However, if you want additional help, you can Contact TurboTax Support
