Why does Turbo Tax say I have to mail in a tax payment voucher if the program is set up for direct debit?

Efiled a Hawaii tax return with Direct Debit set up for the balance due.

Turbo Tax says I still need to mail in a tax payment voucher to complete the return.  Hawaii Department of Taxation says voucher only needed if attaching check.

If you entered your direct debit information, you can disregard the payment vouchers.  They are included as a convenience.

Thanks for the info - The program should say that instead of "you are still required to ptint & mail these forms".

And, Turbo Tax Support should be briefed on this - instead of saying that since the program says required it's required - call the taxing agency if you don't believe the program.
