Why does turbo tax indicate bond premium is greater than box 1 of Form 1099-int, when it is not

in review of the return, turbo tax is flagging that the bond premium of greater than the the box 1 interest income of 0.00. However, the 1099 - int box 1 amount is not zero, and way higher than the bond premium. Why is it flagging this in the review?
