Why does Turbo Tax force you to upgrade to Deluxe when you have a minimal refund from Obamacare ($54)

If you have a 1095A you need a schedule that is not supported by the Free Edition and you do not have "simple" tax return.

If you do not want to pay for the upgrade, there are other free software programs you could use:
