Why does the IRS say i didn't file a 2019 tax return but turbo tax says it was accepted

I have the same question. The IRS says it wasn't filed although Turbotax sent it and said it was accepted

Get an online transcript of your 2019 return.  You can get a transcript of your 2019 return through the IRS.gov website to see if anything is showing up with the IRS.   It free and you and investigate it further.  If there is anything there, you should see dates and codes if your refund was frozen.  Click here to get your free online transcript of your return.

Is your 2020 return rejecting for 2019 AGI?  If they haven't finished processing it then enter 0 for the AGI to efile.
