Why does State returns show duplicate rows for dependents with exactly same info in the Check this entry form? How do we delete one entry?

I have checked my info for name and ssn details. Everything looks good, however the Check this entry screen shows 2 rows with same dependent name. When I edit in My info it changes only 1 row. Any idea where is the other row coming from? Probably that will fix my issue.

What state income tax return are you using?  Are you in a specific section of the tax return?

Are you using TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop?

Please clarify.
