Why does Pennsylvania Schedule B report the same dividends for both taxpayer and spouse?

Pennsylvania divides 50/50  all dividends, interest, and capital gains that are in joint investment accounts. Each spouse has their share of these investments.

TurboTax doubled it. It used the same amount for taxpayer and spouse. It doesn't make sense. I chose joint for the 1099-div in TurboTax. The account is a joint account.

My federal dividends for me and spouse all went to PA as for me.  Maybe this won't matter.

I did not get this.  All of the federal dividends went to taxpayer, and 0 to spouse.
