Why does my city tax return documents have a watermark with “form not final””Do not file” ?

All information on form has been filled out. Estimated payment forms are complete. Both federal and state returns have been accepted by IRS.

The forms may not have be available when you filed.  Please see this link to determine if your city returns are available to file as well as if they are available within TurboTax.  

If you determine your city return is supported within TurboTax, please follow the instructions in this link to access that return and file.
