Why does my amount say zero

No one can see your tax return or your screen.   What amount is zero?   Have you entered all of your income and all of the tax that was withheld?

If you have entered all of your information into TurboTax and proceeded through all of the federal and state interview screens, TurboTax will run a review to ensure there aren't any errors. Have you been able to proceed through these sections?  If so, you can follow the steps in this link to proceed to file your tax return.

You may have accidentally got into the amending section.  That resets the amounts to zero.  Did you click on Amend to get back into your return?  Have you filed your return yet?
