Why does it say thank you for you payment?

Did you Electronically File your Return and elect to pay your TurboTax fees using the Refund Processing Service, the option for paying your TurboTax fee by deducting it from your federal tax refund? Or did you elect to pay your TurboTax Fees by Credit/Debit Card?

If so, these would be why you got the message, "Thank you for your payment".
