Why does it say I've already E filed but on the app it says I didnt?

I efiled with TurboTax on 1/18/20 and the website says accepted but the IRS site says I need to wait 24 hours and they have no info. What's the hold up?

I prepaid estimated federal taxes April 15 along with my Extension. Now I am ready to file my tax return. Where do I indicate how much estimated tax I already paid?
