Question

Why does it keep saying not enough memory?

I cannot get past the speeding towards the finish line page

Your device doesn't have enough memory. Are you using a phone?

No I am on a desktop computer. It has 92.7GB free space available. Only using about 1/3 of the capacity.

I’m having the same problem. I do know, however, that it’s referring to RAM, not hard drive memory. Basically, too many processes are running at the same time.

I have 7 gigs of RAM and still get the mesg "Not enough memory." I've done everything that Intuit recommends as far as cleaning/defragment disk, shutting down programs that aren't needed.

 

I/ve downloaded the recommended Superpatch but when I try to open it I receive a message that Turbo Tax must be installed first.
